Job Description

1. Coordinate and facilitate deployment of the Process Safety Management program to achieve improved identification, assessment, and management of process safety hazards.

2. Need to lead, develop and maintain site Area classification document and drawing and follow-up on all required actions.

3. Need to update, maintain and follow-up on all actions relating to the the Safety Case document and work closely with local authorities.

4. Lead, manage, and facilitate the completion of process hazard identification and risk assessments (PHIRA) for the existing facility and new projects. (e.g. HAZOP)

5. Plan mitigation of process safety risks and manage projects to implement mitigation plans.

6. Lead and roll-out Corporate initiative and requirement relating to process safety.

7. Monitor the tracking and reviewing of MOC's across the site and maintain the discipline necessary to continue consistency of PHA's and MOC's.

8. Identifying process safety training needs and to provide that training through in-house resources or external consultancy.

9. Creation & delivery of process safety training packages, including legal code requirements, to equip the site with the internal expertise needed to manage process safety performance in a sustainable manner.

10. Auditing of the process safety management program. Track and verify corrective audit action items are responded to and completed in a timely manner.

11. Act as site point of contact for all process safety related matters. Providing day-to-day advice & guidance on process safety issues.

12. Review and participate in Process Safety Incident investigations and ensure investigations drive to root cause.

13. Perform any other duties that are assigned by the Process Safety Leader from time to time.

14. Participate in assigned daily +QDCI meeting

15. Lead, manage and facilitate Process Safety Improvement project (e.g Kaizen)

16. Provide support in daily HSE matters

17. Ensure Compliance to local and Corporate requirement.

18. Point of contact for safety case, SS651 & FM Global, liaison with relevant authority on HSE matters
