We are currently based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore. This is a 2 years fixed term role.

Responsibilities:

• To apply knowledge and experience to coordinate/execute formal safety & risk assessments and review of engineering design, drawings, specifications, to ensure the project meets HSEQ specifications, standards and performance requirements.
• To support in implementing project hazard management philosophy and basis of design in accordance with contract, project and Company requirements.
• Capable of preparing calculations (such as fire water demand, etc.)/RFQ/Technical Bid analysis of Safety Consultants.
• To support throughout Bid-EPCI-Operation phases to assure the design implement Process/Tech. Safety principle to avoid any major accidental hazard during operation phase.
• To support Lead Engineer and Manager to define, develop, and maintain Company concepts, philosophy, procedures, guidance.
• To support Lead Engineer in defining concepts, critical deliverables and deliver engineering deliverables of Process/Tech. Safety for the assigned project efficiently according to the specified technical requirements, timelines and budget.
• To support and assist in managing project resources, independently deal with and resolve all issues of the project, and provide guidance to the assigned team.
• To assist Lead Engineer/Manager in arranging and facilitating Process Safety Steering Committee.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering with minimum 7 - 12 years of relevant Process/Technical Safety experience in similar offshore FPSO/FSO or onshore Oil & Gas industry and/or related.
• Able to travel for overseas assignment and/or offshore at later phases of the assigned project upon pre-operational or operational.
• Up-to-date on applicable industry standards, applications, specifications and procedures for his/her functional area.
• Competent in understanding on Process/Tech. Safety inputs as well as accurate usage of data extraction sheet during preparation of Process/Tech. Safety deliverables.
