Job Description
:
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for social media advertising and content collaboration with digital platforms.
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and analyze performance, to provide insights on media plan enhancement.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure highest client satisfaction.
\xc2\xb7 Educate and communicate with clients to ensure products and advertisements comply with guidelines.
\xc2\xb7 Assist corporate clients in using the company\'s products.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct digital analytics by using tools.
\xc2\xb7 Analyze business needs & data for the ongoing improvement of the advertising process.
\xc2\xb7 Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
\xc2\xb7 2 to 5 years working in a service support/customer service experience
\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English (Witten & Oral) and native Vietnamese
\xc2\xb7 Experience working in and with a global organization
\xc2\xb7 Experience in online advertising at a major media agency or publisher
\xc2\xb7 E-mail and chat support experience
