Handle

all administrative duties

, including document filing, data entry, and office coordination for ERP. Manage

procurement of raw materials, packaging, and supplies

, ensuring timely replenishment. Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and supplier agreements. Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to track inventory levels and order materials accordingly. Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with budgeting. Prepare invoices to customers. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations. Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:



Diploma in

Business Administration, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management

. Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in procurement and admin roles. Familiarity with

sourcing suppliers, handling purchase orders, and inventory tracking

. Good communication and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of

food industry procurement
