Procurement & Admin Executive (with Payroll Support)

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Procurement and Administrative Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, assisting in payroll calculation, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.





Key Responsibilities:



Procurement

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. Prepare purchase orders, track order fulfilment, and maintain proper documentation of procurement activities. Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery or quality issues promptly.

Payroll Support

Assist in preparing and verifying monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Maintain up-to-date attendance and claims records.

Administrative Support

Manage general office administration, including filing, documentation, and correspondence. Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, and other business documents. Support management and project teams with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in procurement, administration, or payroll functions. Fresh graduates with strong learning aptitude may also be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. * High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
