  • Manage all aspects of the procurement process
  • Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQ) and tender related documents.
  • Work with various departments to understand their procurement needs
  • Guide potential suppliers on procedures on participating in tenders and submission of quotes.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports
The Successful Applicant
A successful Contract Procurement Assistant should have:
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement and/or purchasing
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier evaluation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
