Manage all aspects of the procurement process
Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQ) and tender related documents.
Work with various departments to understand their procurement needs
Guide potential suppliers on procedures on participating in tenders and submission of quotes.
Prepare and present procurement reports
The Successful Applicant A successful Contract Procurement Assistant should have:
At least 1 year of experience in procurement and/or purchasing
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
Excellent negotiation and supplier evaluation skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
