Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure that import related documents are prepared and ready before the arrival of shipment. Liaise with the warehouse to identify any stock discrepancies or damages upon receipt of goods. Report discrepancies and damages to suppliers immediate and record credit notes/vouchers and debit notes. Coordinate with Finance department to submit credit claims where applicable. Work closely with Finance department to make payments to suppliers in accordance to agreed payment terms. Keep track of changes on product supply, packaging and product related documents and inform sales department accordingly. Work closely with the various sales teams to work out the distributor price and Recommended Retail Price for each SKUBasic Requirements: Diploma or Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in sourcing products for CBEC (China cross border e-commerce) / other B2B export markets will be an added advantage An effective and charismatic communicator who can communicate with overseas clients Independent, self-motivated and driven to succeed in a challenging environmentAdditional PerksWe reward our employees with the "best in the industries" quarterly bonus and even reward performance beyond expectation.
