About the Roles

We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing and supply chain operations within a piping distribution company located in Woodlands. This is a permanent, full-time position with

Monday to Friday office hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

Process daily purchase orders and monitor delivery progress to ensure timely receipt of goods. Update delivery schedules and maintain accurate shipment status records. Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and service providers. Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on goods receipt and inventory updates. Maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, quotations, and supplier records. Support vendor evaluations and assist with price and cost comparisons. Prepare and manage import, export, and logistics-related documentation. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and compliance requirements. Handle ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Minimum O-Levels qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage. Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
