Purchase Order Management: - * Purchase & Supply of products/materials/equipment for Pest Control Division * Issuing POs for both PC & Drainage team on Sub-Contractor's Job & Servicing. * Rev Purchase Order Management: - Purchase & Supply of products/materials/equipment for Pest Control Division Issuing POs for both PC & Drainage team on Sub-Contractor's Job & Servicing. Review Open POs, back-end documentation. Updating for Incoming Permit on Logistics for Finance's matching on GST matters Track and record orders - freight + supply chain - prevent bottleneck issues. Contact Point for Pest Control's divisions Procurement Issues (Usage/Logistics/Supply) Sourcing/Planning/Negotiation: Negotiating, sourcing for Pest Control's division- to determine the lowest cost vs quality - for innovation, alternatives. Meeting Annual Cost Savings KPI (BTS target) Align with different stakeholders to meet criteria, requirements, deadline (Innovation/Drop in orders) Forecasting Planning Identifying chemicals and intended use according to NEA's requirement & Policy Warehouse & Inventory: working closely with warehouse team to ensure good flow of inventory + space Participate Monthly Stock Take Review Stock Issuance usage and report any movement of concern Job Requirement Min 2 years in purchasing and logistics function Good inter-personal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office, in particularly MS Excel Team player and also able to work independently Must be meticulous and possess sense of urgency Must be able to work under pressure Other Information 5 days work week - 8.30am to 5.45pm 14 & 16 Jalan Mesin - Macpherson Nearest MRT Tai Seng (Bus Number to reach : 8, 62, 90, 151) We offer 16 days Annual Leave, AWS , Medical, Dental benefits and insurance coverage.
