Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct procurement activities for projects and yard related purchases
• Conduct due diligence, evaluation and qualification of vendors base on organization procurement policies to ensure quality vendors are being used in the organization\'s supply chain.
• Keep abreast with new sources and latest developments in equipment/ materials, work processes and labour conditions in the market which may affect organization\'s product line
• Liaise with vendors on cost quotation and contractual matters
• Liaise with different stakeholders within the organization which includes but not limited to Production, Engineering, Project Management and Marketing Departments on procurement activities and contractual matters
• Coordinate the procurement of equipment, specific materials and services:

Responsibilities:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain related field.
• Professional Certifications in Supply Chain may be considered.
• Prior experience in supply chain/procurement will be an advantage
• Possess knowledge and skill in negotiation and settlement
• Willing and comfortable to work at Jurong Island Location
• 2-Year Employment Contract term
