- Working days: 5 / 5.5 days - Office Hours
Job Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for Technical/Provisional ship supply items
- Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance
- Evaluate vendors & compare quality
- Consolidates marketing, sales and logistical information
- Negotiates contract terms & conditions
- Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
- Ensures timely delivery of goods
- Assist in audits on procurement related matters
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
- Minimum O level & 3 years of experience in ship supply industry
- Familiar with negotiation terms & conditions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of MTS System & Technical ship product is advantageous
