Invite quotations, negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for best possible price purchases . Coordinate and ensure on-time delivery, stock availability . Attend to all issues and problems, including complaints about vendor's products quality or specifications . Update inventory system and accuracy check . Handling incoming and outgoing documents. . Preparation of purchase order and other related documentation . Physical site inspection as may be require at times to verify purchased materials . Perform tasks as and when required. Requirement: . ITE / Diploma with minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar role . Experience in construction (road work) industry will be advantageous . Able to work independently . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), willing to learn new software . Bilingual in English & Chinese to provide quality customer service and attend to enquiries from Chinese speaking customers with effective communication skills . Good interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills . Ensuring Company purchasing policies and directives are followed and implemented . Responsible for clarifying and negotiating with vendors on contractual terms, pricing and service level . Establish and develop strong working relationships with vendors and internal customers . Ability to work in fast pace environment, meticulous and strong organizational skills Working location: 33 Ubi Avenue 3 Working days: 5 Days / 9am - 6pm
