Our client is one of the local universities in Singapore. They are currently expanding and is looking for a Senior Procurement Executive to join them for their expansion plan. This incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of procurement activities, in particular in procurement of construction related services and implementation of e-Procurement system. * Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm) * West * Attactive benefits

• Carry out sourcing through Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Tenders ensuring strict compliance
• Partner with several departments to advise on all procurement related matters
• Draft or review Letter of Acceptance / Contract through liaising with Legal Counsel, Finance and requesting departments
• Manages period contracts of Tender value, reviews contract relationships, manages suppliers' performance

The Talent

• At least 3 years of purchasing experience in public sector
• Proficient in SAP Ariba, Gebiz
