Responsibilities:

Tasked to source and negotiate with vendors for best value, lead-time and terms.
Work closely with all departments on purchasing requirements.
Review purchasing trend to avoid over purchase.
Manage Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO); follow up on the approval process and PO closure.
Ensure proper documentation of vendors and item codes in systems.
Monitor and verify invoice is as per contract value and identify department costing before submitting to Finance.
Liaise with Centralized Store for self-collection arrangement.
