Procurement Executive
- Sourcing for materials (largely indirect sourcing)
- Review and evaluate vendors (quotations & negotiations)
- Full purchasing cycle
Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided from Jurong East)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM-5.15PM
Salary: Gross up to $5,200 + AWS + VB
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate vendors to ensure quotation comply with company\'s requirements.
- Issuing of Tender Document.
- Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best cost.
- Manage quotation, PO, and supplier billing
- Ensure all data is up to date in internal databases
- Diploma in Engineering or Science or any other relevant profession
- Min. 3 years of relevant experiences in Petrochemical/Chemical industry
- Engineers with on ground experience in Petrochemical industry, without purchasing qualifications can be considered
