KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop forecasting schedule for inventory systems
- Sourcing and RFQ on all purchases and services
- Managing inventory cost to ensure competitive food cost
- Conduct supplier analysis and evaluate potential suppliers
- Preparation and Issuance of Purchase Orders to vendors
- Follow up on outstanding orders, confirmation of purchase orders and ensure accuracy of all orders
- Coordinating deliveries with vendors and ensure that orders are received in accordance and meets required standard.
