About the company:

\xe2\x96\xba Our client is a regional investment holding company with interests mainly in real estate investment, real estate development and hospitality.

:

• Procurement and purchasing of building system and equipment
• Support Property Management on paperwork and monthly reports
• Support in all tender exercises
• Source of Service Providers for approved vendors list
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Yardi system
• Comply with government procurement procedures for calling tenders/ quotations and recommending awards of contracts to the tender board
• Coordinate regular management reports on the progress of these projects
• Any other work as assigned

Requirements:

• Assist Building Manager for all administration and documentation work
• Submitting and managing of Purchase Requisition through TenderBoard for all sites

Prepare quotation document to be published on the TenderBoard and consolidate the quotations for the Building Manager
