Ensure prompt delivery of materials by communication with vendors on the status of critical orders and eliminating difficulties and delays
Synchronizes and facilitates the flow of work and materials on assigned packages with all stakeholders
Liase with Project team & management to establish work progress
Organize meetings, review track & monitor orders according to the in tandem with the Expediting Status Report.
Handling of Production and Delivery Delays, coordinating between vendors and internal stakeholders
Solve delay issues related but not limited to Fabrication, Production & Shipping
Updating of Expediting Status Report
Maintain good business relationships with Vendors to ensure their assistance & cooperation.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering/Purchasing/ Business Administration, or related disciplines
3 years of working experience in procurement functions, best with Offshore Marine industries purchasing experiences.
Experience supervising procurement activities
Good knowledge of EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) work processes
Proven track records of delivering projects within time and budget in a similar industry
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good numeracy skills and high attention to details

Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in ERP System and Microsoft Office
Comfortable with overtime as and when required based on project needs
