What you will do:

• Managing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Activities via BravoSolution

o Source and prequalify potential vendors

o Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the quotations received are in line with technical/commercial specifications

o Negotiate with suppliers for best prices and lead-time

o Presentation of proposed vendor to nomination committee stakeholders

o Evaluate performance of vendors

• Use of Procurement Tools

o Manage Vendor Data on SAP

o Convert Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO) on SAP

o Update savings achieved on the Saving Declaration Tool (SDT)

• Spearhead Corporate Sustainability Investment Initiatives for the Region

o Retrieve and analyze assets performance data various sites

o Suggest action plan to implement energy / maintenance / operational cost savings

o Understand subsidies program country by country in South Asia

o Promote the program within South Asia internal teams and seek stakeholders support

o Promote the program to external vendors and get them to register and be audited

• Assist in Implementation of Digitalisation and Predictive Maintenance Roadmap

o Establish clear road map of implementation

o Perform market intelligence and present main actor / technologies available

• Assist in Standardization of Equipment:

o Connect with sites in South Asia in view of rationalizing install base of equipment toward one common standard

o Link with technical team in head office to prepare road map and suitable specification/RFQ.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business

• Year of Study: Year 2-4

• Commit to a 5-6 months full-time internship

• Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
