Reporting to the Head of Procurement in Singapore for Asia Site Service and Logistics, to support the Global Purchasing Organization in the implementation and enforcement of Company policy and the execution of Asia procurement events. Identify and qualify new vendors in line with Policies. Mitigating supply chain risk, reduce supplier dependency, increase Company\'s leverage, innovate.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Conduct competitive bid exercises in line with Policies Organization service requirements at the best economic value).

\xc2\xb7 Execute service contracts and agreements (Negotiate favorable terms & conditions, mitigate Company\'s risk/exposure, protect Company\'s interests).

\xc2\xb7 Lead and guide stakeholders in the execution of procurement events (Assure compliance with Company\'s Policies).

\xc2\xb7 Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and performance evaluation with Key Suppliers (Manage supplier relationship, ensure alignment of service level and cost rendered versus contracted).

\xc2\xb7 Consolidate and tabulate key Company\'s indicators (activity, spend, savings, continually improve performance whilst reducing cost).

\xc2\xb7 To work together with internal stakeholder team to define the scope of works for tenders.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Min Bachelor Degree from the Relevant fields

\xc2\xb7 Min 6-8 years of related work experience in procurement. Logistics sectors knowledge and/or experience will be an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Relevant procurement work experience in semi-conductor or electronics industry preferably

\xc2\xb7 Strength in Supplier Relationship Management. Having network in Logistics Service Providers is an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Strength in MS Excel & Powerpoint is a must.

\xc2\xb7 Strength in purchasing process, project management, contract law, transportation law

\xc2\xb7 Strength in analytical, communication, negotiation, influencing, reporting skill

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in PowerBI and Power Automate is a plus.
