A Procurement Manager (Pharmaceutical) job has become available, responsible for the procurement activities of the organisation which includes end-to-end procurement contract management, compliance to procedures, negotiations for the organisation's key purchases, etc. About the Procurement Manager (Pharmaceutical) Role:
You will oversee and lead the team to ensure the team delivers the expected level of procurement support to clinicians, the project teams, and the overall organisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of procurement activities, including sourcing, streamlining SKUs, value pricing improvements, wastage reduction, opportunity analysis, and recommendations
• Ensure the necessary supplies (therapeutic and non-therapeutic) are distributed in a timely manner to our GP, specialist, and dental clinics in Singapore
• Manage the quality and compliance of the processes and systems, to ensure patient safety, inventory, supply chain, financial and other risks are managed with organisation parameters
• Proactively seek out process/technology improvements for care delivery efficiency
• Manage the inventory warehouse
• Drive efficiency through process re-engineering and automation
• Run the analysis to measure value is delivered and set up a value-based pricing framework

To succeed in this Procurement Manager (Pharmaceutical) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with other teams, across borders and the internal matrix. Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics management, or related field
• Degree and professional license in pharmacy is an advantage
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in direct procurement, with supervisory experience
• Good understanding of procurement policies and industry best practices (i.e. good distribution practices)
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication skills and negotiation skills
• Passionate about delivering better healthcare to more people
