You will undertake the following duties: . Develop and implement appropriate procurement strategies for the organization as well as involve in the sourcing, invitation and monitoring the timeline for evaluation of suppliers' submissions. . Develop the procurement policy and work processes with efficiency and controls in mind, and conduct periodical reviews ensure its relevance to the organization. . Advise end users on all procurement matters. . Ensure end users' compliance with procurement policy and procedures. . Ensure there is segregation of duties from approving the purchase up to the award by the appropriate approving authority. . Act as the point of contact between suppliers and users' division to handle all queries and clarifications to ensure a fair and transparent process. . Provide full spectrum of the procurement and contract administration services for the goods and/or services contracts required by the company. Requirements: . Tertiary qualification in any discipline . At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Logistics Management or Contracts Management. . Candidates with more relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions. . Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. . Able to work independently and effectively as a team. . Those with knowledge of procurement analytics and robotic process automation will have an added advantage.
