1. Role Description
The Procurement Manager will report to the Director of Simply Convenient Store. He/She develops strategic partnerships, manages the budget. He/She evaluates the market and industry trends to source for the product to target customers. He/She forms strong relationships with partners and stays updated with consumer and market trends.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Source for various range of products 2. Evaluate the new product quality and sales performance 3. Examine the customers' insights and market trend 4. Prepare the financial projections for the products and product categories
3. Competencies
1. Assess potential partnership prospects and establish trade level agreements with partners
2. Source for various range of products and pricing programmes and determine operational implications
3. Lead implementation of product pricings and promotion plans. manage product sourcing and assess product categories, product assortment and product performance.
