:Location: Singapore (East Region)Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for a dynamic role in a leading aerospace company?We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team on a 2-year contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our supply chain operations and drive procurement excellence.Job Summary:As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the procurement of goods and services from both local and international sources. You will ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting our operations and business needs. Your expertise in purchasing, contracting, and supply chain management will be crucial in driving efficiency and effectiveness in our procurement practices.Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management:

• Procure goods and services in compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Establish and negotiate prices and commercial terms based on total cost of ownership.
• Ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions and order confirmations.
• Coordinate delivery assurance and follow-up to meet fulfillment dates.
• Vendor Management:

• Perform vendor screening and account creation.
• Conduct periodic vendor visits to assess capabilities and support requirements.
• Resolve non-conforming goods and services issues.
• Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and cost reduction.
• Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, EBIT, and cash flow.
• Prepare and publish standard reports for management.
• Support annual budget preparation and quarterly cash flow projections.
• Process Improvement:

• Apply continuous improvement tools to enhance procurement processes.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Facilitate internal and external audits.
• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams on procurement-related projects.
• Provide training and guidance to junior procurement officers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the Group CFO in strategic tasks and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of contracting terms, incoterms, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
