Team Introduction:
The SSC team has three major business modules: P2P, procurement support center, and small purchase support. It is a good partner of the global procurement team. Provide consulting windows for global procurement business, provide procurement guidelines, summarize and analyze problems and difficulties in procurement business, propose targeted solutions, and continuously promote the optimization of procurement functions.
This person will partner with cross regional and functional team members to develop compelling procurement solutions which will directly impact business performance and increase market competitiveness. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with the business units and build constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in and provide solutions to procurement business, process and system matters.
• Discover, track and resolve procurement issues; Facilitate and implement actions to resolve & improve processes.
• Responsible for small value purchases in multiple categories. Complete whole procurement process, including but not limited to price inquiry, price negotiation, supplier onboarding, contract signing, PO creating and payment following up.
• Work closely with internal and external departments; Understand business demands, actively provide corresponding procurement support and resource coordination, and complete procurement tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other relevant fields.
• Understand the foundation of procurement, familiar with procure to pay, end to end process and related systems.
• At least 3 years experience in procurement or operation functions.
• Based in Singapore. Willing to travel occasionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Good work ethics and business ethics.
• Attention to detail and impeccable integrity is a must.
• Due to the international business communication needs, We prefer candidates who are proficient in the English Language.
