Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving sourcing and vendor management activities including sourcing, negotiation, evaluation and finalizing contracts for relevant projects/procurement initiatives.
• Drives cost saving initiatives
• Responsible for category management including spend analysis, vendor management and strategic sourcing.
• Responsible for the assigned strategic initiatives and take the leadership role to drive such high impact & high visibility projects.
• Ensuring procurement activities are carried out in compliance to Corporate Policy and processes.Provide key administrative support to local and regional entities
• Perform any other task, duties or projects as assigned

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree from recognized institutions preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Proficient in using ERP systems.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years in sourcing/procurement or procurement analyst related work.
• Ability to manage vendors with confidence and appropriate assertiveness when required.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-pace environment.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with good business writing skills. Meticulous, discipline and resourceful.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Business Writing
