Responsibilities

• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company\'s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
• Working closely with cofounders to implement growth strategies
• Develop, implement and manage the business development and PR strategies
• Responsible for the creation of business pitch deck
• Identify new business opportunities and partners, execute partnership plans to engage new partners/clients and build solid relationship with all stakeholders
• Apply data analytics to make business decision
• Responsible for the commercial agreements
• Drive the development of innovative products, services, app features, or other education contents to meet Company\xe2\x80\x99s business goals
• Willing to take on an increased level of responsibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Entrepreneurship or related field. Or pursuit of an MBA or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related field
• 1 - 2 years\' entrepreneurship experience in similar field or prior working experience in start-up environment preferred
• 5 - 10 years\' relevant work experience in business development, management in ECE field preferred
• Adaptable and willing to take on new initiatives as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing business partnership, and sales strategies
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
