We have an opening for the position of Product and Sales Operations Manager . Please find brief below.

Responsibilities

Responsible to manage product profiles and ensure the competitiveness of MINI products in the marketplace (for the region including Indonesia and Malaysia).
Conduct regular analysis of competitive environment.
Serve as product specialist to channel the flow of info to importers and subsidiaries, vice-versa, for the region including Malaysia and Indonesia.
Responsible for compiling product information for training and argumenta’s, and product updates.
Oversee retail pricing and ensure CM/u achievement across the region.
Responsible for all operations related KPIs for all MINI Dealers in Indonesia, including retail, wholesale, profitability and customer orientation and business specific strategic topics.

Qualification

Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Studies/ Engineering with marketing communication/management as majors

Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in working in automotive marketing is a plus but not necessary

Able to perform in stressful environment and keep to tight timelines, able to adapt and be flexible to changes accordingly to business requirements.
