- Responsible to identify all possible quality issues within all PWU's UC products (esp Skype for Business and Teams). Work with respective product managers to address identified quality gaps. Identify those that can be monitored and initiate the development of the required dashboard.
- Manage the development of monitoring solutions (including requirement gathering and release of solution) that the various UC key group users can use for troubleshooting and monitor their products (e.g. Skype for Business, Teams
- With support from UC Quality Investigation team, coordinate with UC Product managers and IT infrastructure teams to address identified issues with resolution
Qualifications
- At least 5 years relevant experience in team leadership, IT project management, software development, business analysis implementing technology solutions, vendor management and stakeholder management
- Good team player who is keen to learn, independent, and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to refine requirements
- Experience in IT product/service consultation
- Team player who can work and collaborate comfortably with international stakeholders
- Experience with UCC platform/application. For example: Teams/Skype/Avaya
- Experience with Splunk (preferred), PowerBI, Power Platftorm or Tableau
- Experience with both traditional waterfall as well as AGILE/Adaptive project methodologies would be a plus
- Experience in establishing and managing IT strategy and roadmap would be a plus
