What you will be doing You will join a dedicated and growing Integrated Solutions Customer Service team and work as part of XSP team, helping users target, identify and manage corporate action data, positions, and election risk throughout the event life cycle and PSP team, supporting the client base in the ongoing management of the pricing, validation and transmission of pricing data relating to these clients. You will look to build a strong relationship with each client and achieve customer satisfaction with the service offering and achieve customer satisfaction with the service offering.

• Support clients to manage corporate action data, positions, and election risk throughout the event life cycle and price validation process associated with NAV production
• Administer financial processes
• Work with clients and manage queries relating to corporate actions and price validation
• Troubleshoot problems and recommends solutions
• Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
• Recreate client issues in test environment, Identify/document how applications and systems interact to support the business processes
• provision of market data based on global markets standards
• Support clients in their price validation process associated with NAV production
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

• Exposure to Windows and/or Linux OS systems and MS SQL
