Autumn Life - SC Ventures
Autumn is seeking a self-motivated Product Designer to be responsible for the end-to-end user experience of our digital product and work with the product team to create retirement planning solutions that are usable and delightful for our customers.
The candidate will be responsible for working with the technology and product teams to successfully create, test, and iterate product designs and transform user requirements into user-centred design solutions.
Key responsibilities:

• Create impactful and engaging experiences while demonstrating mastery of design skills such as information architecture, visual hierarchy, layout, typography and colour scheme
• Communicate with various stakeholders (product managers, business analysts, marketing teams, and engineers) to understand and translate business requirements into design solutions
• Create and maintain UX design development guidelines and design systems
• Independently lead and conduct user research to understand users' goals, behaviour and needs
• Plan and run usability tests to validate design solutions, ensuring that the design meets users' goals
• Analyse user behaviour and report user research insights to internal stakeholders, clearly communicating and justifying design decisions
• Craft detailed user flows in the form of wireframes and develop interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers to brainstorm and implement ideas for better user experience
• Work quickly and effectively on multiple tasks varying from solutioning for new features to addressing enhancements on existing features

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in UX / Product design
• Solid understanding of using data, metrics, and experiments to make informed decisions
• Ability to review and evaluate designs and project actions for compliance with UX design development guidelines
• Having Fintech/Innovation Lab/Start-up experience will be an advantage
• Humility and a willingness to learn and grow together with Autumn - the team and the app
• Proficiency in design methodologies and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe CS (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased and always focused on the best interests of the customer

• Ability to thrive in an environment with short feedback loops for iterations
• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates well-executed design thinking, logical processes, and practical solutions
• Good communicator being able to articulate and explain the thought process to ensure user flows are well-embedded into the UI to drive the desired engagement

About SC Ventures
SC Ventures ("SCV") was established in 2018 with the purpose of "Rewiring the DNA in Banking" by bringing three distinct areas together:

• The eXellerator Lab, enabling innovation at large in the Bank by supporting intrapreneurs and their ideas, collaborating with fintech's through the SCV Fintech Bridge and engaging with clients and co-creation ideas
• The Investment Fund ("Fund"), tasked to acquire minority stakes in fintech companies ("fintechs") whose technology has been successfully validated in the Group
• Venture building, with the objective of exploring new business models ("ventures"), in the way it engages existing new customers and markets.

There are c.65 team members (excluding individual ventures), including dedicated colleagues from the Group's support functions, based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Nairobi, London and San Francisco.
