DESIGNATION : Product Designer (Pricing Tribe)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with cross functional team, you be listening and helping team to rethink and reframeopinions or feature request into problem statements
  • Ability to synthesis research results into design concepts and execute into designdeliverables
  • Communicate recommendations, rationalize design decisions, and advocate for users’needs.
  • Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple, elegant and high on craft thatyou can be proud
  • Create and maintain product design documentation.
  • As a senior member of the team, be a driving force in workshop situations and inspiredesigners and team members
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, user research toensure a smooth product development process.
  • Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside their core productteam in order to collaborative effectively for a designed experiences
  • Be a Customer Champion, who is willing to work towards helping the teams to becustomer-centric
  • Be a change agent, willing to listen while working towards helping people and eventuallythe organisation towards a more progressive mindset


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in visual design and Interaction design
  • Experience working in distributed teams
  • Experience working with multiple products and workflows
  • Experience designing and building applications
  • A portfolio featuring interaction and visual design work
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end experience design
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiencesand varying levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.


OTHER INFORMATION
Good to have
  • Experience in facilitating requirements, design thinking workshops and design sprints
  • Experience in running user research from usability testing to contextual inquiryinterviews
  • Experience leading product strategy
  • Experience in working in a product, agile and enterprise is a huge bonus
  • A portfolio of work that contains examples of Interaction Design and Visual SystemsDevelopment for digital applications from mobile app to websites
