Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital products through all phases from development to production release.
- Collaborate with test engineering and production support teams for debugging, reliability qualification, and yield enhancement.
- Interact closely with the Product Test Engineering team and communicate technical product status to management.
- Establish product testing and production release requirements with customers.
- Resolve production issues with foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses.
- Provide detailed status reports, test limit generation, correlation, and yield summary reports.
- Support yield improvement, test time reduction, and retest rate improvement during production ramp.
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in Product/Test Engineering, preferably with a foundry process background.
- Solid understanding of test concepts for digital, Mixed Signal, and RF products.
- Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE is an added advantage.
- Proficient in statistics and data mining.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with Statistical Analysis Software (JMP, CEDA, or Data Power); knowledge of Optimal Plus is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting (Perl/Java/VBA) and automation in reporting is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
