• Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a Product Growth Specialist

The Opportunity

• Office location: Central (CBD Area)
• Working hours: Office hours (Monday -Friday)
• This role starts off as contract position

The Talent

• Experience working in MNC environment
• Understanding of global product life cycle
• Experience in product management or product marketing
• Great market understanding and key themes of growth in the digital aspects (payments, social media)
• Able to speak Tagalog preferably (We are seeking Tagalog-speaking candidates who are required to serve Tagalog-speaking clients in Philippines)
• Graduated in Computer Science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent working experience will be a plus

The Job

• Provide local insights and local knowledge about digital advertising - identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for company\'s success in Philippines
• Explore, identify and execute on growth opportunities
• Ensure the company\'s apps are fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Philippines
• Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data
• Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps
• Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
• Leverage usability studies, research and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
• Understand company\'s strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it
