LocationPhilippines - Manila The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. • Oversee the end to end product management and development
• Manage product reviews to ensure good customer experience
• Collaborate between regional and local to align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility, and value of the feature requests, to deliver a comprehensive and accurate Business Requirement Document (BRD)
• Collect, analyze and summarize feedback and work with various stakeholders to deliver improvements
• End-to-end management of projects implemented: from initiation to closure
• Create a system to evaluate projects’ success and present any findings and communicate needed adjustments to the management
• Lead people and cultivate the right team culture which fosters improvement and growth
• Forecast on the headcount requirements and plan ahead in order to keep pace with the growth of the company

• Possesses Bachelor's degree with good academic record
• Minimum 10 years of total work experience focusing on management consulting, product management, or related field
• Highly strategic and has a strong sense of customer needs
• Comfortable with the technical aspects of product development
• Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
