Job Purpose: As Regional Product Manager, you will elaborate, implement, and follow up the regional marketing strategy to ensure a strong business growth/impact and a consistent luxurious execution Job Purpose: As Regional Product Manager, you will elaborate, implement, and follow up the regional marketing strategy to ensure a strong business growth/impact and a consistent luxurious execution of our brand. You will be a true support for markets, a leader to build activation plans for your franchises with the other regional team members (Trade, Training, Communication, E-commerce, Merchandising, Logistics), and a reliable regional expert for our HQ teams. You will be reporting to the Regional Marketing Director. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the elaboration of the relevant and harmonized marketing strategy for your specific franchises and the region Communicate guidelines on launch potentials Implement the marketing plans and strategies Relay and explain the corporate vision, regional objectives, and strategies to local teams Initiate, build and communicate omnichannel activation plans for your franchises in collaboration with the regional team Interact and support markets in the implementation of the strategy: review market strategies, 360 launch activations, forecasts, merchandising items, and samples for novelties as well as for basic catalog support Follow up on the implementation of the strategies for your franchises Build strong partnerships with local teams to collect needs and requests and assess their relevance. Recommend adapted action plans when necessary Do a thorough and regular analysis of the Fragrance category to build strategic recommendations Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant working experience Solid experience in Fragrance, ideally from selective/department stores brands Comfortable with numbers and forecasting Digitally conscious Good communication skills Meticulous, strong analytical and problem-solving skill Pro-active, hands on, able to work independently, organized and a team player Passionate for luxury sector, brands and products
