Job summary
The AWS Partner Program team is seeking an APN Product Manager to own AWS Partner Differentiation Programs across Asia Pacific (APAC). You will work independently and collaboratively with the AWS Partner field teams, AWS Worldwide Program Leaders, APN Partner Program peers and AWS Partners to own planning, localization, and delivery of APN Differentiation Programs, activities, and initiatives across the region.
Key job responsibilities
  • Ownership of the Differentiation Program for Asia Pacific
  • Managing the strategy for the Differentiation programs in Asia Pacific
  • Leading the execution of Differentiation initiatives from WW and developed in-region.
  • Increasing the number or partners enrolled in the programs leading to increased revenue and adoption of the program.
  • Localization including language translation of program assets.
  • Central point of contact for AWS Differentiation reporting and metrics.
  • Report, analyse, measure and track the performance of key program initiatives.
  • Actively sync with PR/Marketing/Training teams to build best in class program for our partners
  • Support the partners through the different stages of our APN ecosystem, ensuring there are differing communication strategies ranging for direct touch and scale activities.
  • Provide APAC Partner leadership with analytics and metrics-based reporting
  • Influencing the global strategy to the needs of APAC partners and customers
  • Using a consultative approach in evangelising internally and externally on the benefits for partners to differentiate themselves.
A day in the life
You will be responsible for the development of demand generation and pipeline activities that increase partner participation in Differentiation programs as well as related partner compliance to maintain the integrity of AWS programs. You will report and communication on performance to internals stakeholders and will cater to AWS Partners across the region and in building localized content to articulate the value proposition and detail of Differentiation programs.
  • MBA and/or technical degree a plus
  • Experience in technology sales, partner management, business development, product management
  • Demonstrated expertise in business-to-business (B2B) environment, software including Software as a Service or other cloud-based technologies
  • Willing to travel to meet with partners, customers and internal stakeholders, attend events and support field teams on site
  • Business level proficiency in Korean or Japanese is highly regarded.
