About the Role

At SIRAYA, we are looking for a Product Manager (Cloud Solutions) who will drive the strategy, operations, and optimization of our multi-cloud ecosystem. This role is not just about managing platforms--it's about shaping how cloud services enable our AI-driven products, empowering internal teams, and delivering high-impact solutions to business needs.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end management of multi-cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud), including account setup, service enablement, monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning. Act as the bridge between cloud vendors, finance, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication of service upgrades, scaling events, and operational changes. Oversee financial workflows: invoices, billing reconciliation, and payment processes, ensuring sufficient account balances and credit limits. Continuously build and improve documentation, workflows, and product-related processes to raise operational efficiency and scalability.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent practical experience preferred . 1+ years of experience in cloud product management, AI service operations, or system administration, with hands-on knowledge of at least one mainstream cloud platform. Strong understanding of AI and AIGC applications and the ability to stay ahead of emerging industry trends. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to align diverse stakeholders and drive initiatives forward. Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis. Self-driven, adaptive, and resourceful problem-solver, thriving in high-speed, high-impact environments. Strong English reading ability to quickly understand technical documentation.
