**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Product Manager in the FMCG Industry!**Location: Thomson RoadWorking hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.(May work from home 1 day in a week, depending on the arrangement with the team.)Salary: Up to $8000Are you an innovative and action-oriented professional with a passion for brand development and marketing strategy? We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and drive success in the FMCG sector.Key Responsibilities:- Analyse brand positioning and category insights to develop and execute effective marketing strategies in line with global brand strategies.- Collaborate with Business Manager to align Annual Strategic Plan to achieve targeted brand performance.- Conduct regular reviews using internal and external data to recommend and improve marketing strategies.- Monitor and evaluate A&P spending, ensuring effective allocation of ATL and BTL funds.- Prepare management reports tracking brand health, category performance, market share, pricing, and competitor information.- Support Zone Marketing in executing global research, campaigns, NPD launches, trade programs, and events.- Drive new product development at the country level, aligned with zone and global directions.- Manage and address all consumer enquiries and feedback.Requirements- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA is a plus.- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.- Skilled in managing creative, advertising, and media agencies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Independent, team player, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong project and time management skills.- Innovative, self-motivated, and analytical thinker.- Willing to travel overseas when required.**Benefits:**- Health and Dental Insurance- Contractual and Performance Bonuses- Transportation Allowance- Extended Medical and Insurance Coverage for Spouse and ChildrenIf you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, apply now to be a part of our dynamic team!
