Job Scope -Islamic Product Management As a product manager in the retail division, the role is responsible of: . Work closely with Islamic partners and organisations to develop Islamic Card product Job Scope -Islamic Product Management As a product manager in the retail division, the role is responsible of: . Work closely with Islamic partners and organisations to develop Islamic Card products for Singapore market. . Design and implement end-to-end product life cycle, including but not limited to: Product documentations Sales and marketing plans (working closely with sales & marketing teams) System implementations (working in-house IT and vendors) Governance: ensure Sharia compliance through out the entire product life cycle, design and implement standard operating procedures for stakeholder teams o Maintain KPI and sales target, and continuously improve product, process and partnership strategies. . Gather market studies and/or feedbacks and conduct continuous product review. . Carry out any other duties as assigned when required. Requirements . Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent . At least 8 years of experience in a related industry . Experience in Islamic product and its related policies is a must . Knowledge of different retail banking product areas is also welcome, such as credit risk, market, analytics etc. . Good leadership and people managing skills . Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently . Good analytical, communication and time management skills .
