Product Manager - The Product Manager drives the conceptualization, development, go-to-market, launch, continuous improvements, and longer-term evolution of the payment products and value added services. Through effective engagement a Product Manager - The Product Manager drives the conceptualization, development, go-to-market, launch, continuous improvements, and longer-term evolution of the payment products and value added services. Through effective engagement and close working collaboration with stakeholders (technology, operations, risk & compliance and legal) on all levels, from top leadership to the working team, he/she will connect strategy and end-to-end execution to drive growth, sustainability and profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop Strategy: Formulate strategic product roadmap and vision in alignment with organization strategy and ensure that the product roadmap supports business drivers by defining success metrics for the products Build Relationship: Work with internal and external, including the organisation's leadership to define strategic direction for the product to drive growth, sustainability and profitability Scan the Market: Seek new financial services technology providers for collaboration analyze emerging trends in technologies, competitors, customer behavior and competitive best practices into product vision and roadmap Lead innovation: Take ownership of product innovation and work with internal and external stakeholders on development activities from market needs, product conceptualization, product definition, business case, build, pilot, and go-to-market strategy Execute and Commercialize: Lead end-to-end planning and monitoring of delivery/post-delivery performance of the new products and payment services Ensure compliance: Ensure adherence of new services and products to appropriate regulatory governance requirements Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably Banking or IT MBA degree is a plus Product development, product management or innovation experience with specific industry expertise in at least one of the following areas: banking / financial platforms (including trade, e-commerce, distributed ledger technology), cross border payment, real-time payment, QR payment, or API gateway Excellent track record in managing, developing and launching new products and leading innovation projects as part of a cross-functional team in a flat organization Strong problem solving, decision making and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders Strong knowledge of the payments industry and related technologies Strong experience in matrix and project management, macro and micro level thinking and analysis A passion for understanding market and client needs, and having a relentless desire to solve pain-points using customer-centric design Self-starter, good team player, fast learner, curious, resilient, adaptable and entrepreneurial Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate priorities to cross-functional audiences Proficient in Customer Relations and stakeholder management
