Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. At Zenith, you will have the platform to gain valuable growth experience, be challenged to think strategically and execute effectively across a wide range of business operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Document business and user requirements to translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria for development
• Understand user pain points and business needs and generate product solution ideas
• Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of the products.
• Conduct market research and understand user characteristics to identify opportunities, gaps and areas for improvement.
• Collect data and customer feedback to measure performance of product features, and to feedback into product development.
• Responsible for product development meetings and sprints
• Ensure that the apps audio and video quality meet industry standards and provide a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the app.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or related tech field
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
• Knowledge of market research techniques and product analytics
• Ability to conduct customer research and gather user feedback
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and product roadmap creation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize tasks
