Job Description
- Assist in devising roaming products & services strategies.
- As a Product Owner to drive roaming products & services development for GC & GE.
- From idea generation, business case formulation and to define product features, break those features into product backlog, engage related stakeholders to facilitate the development of the products.
- Handle and manage roaming customer complaints.
- Drive to elevate roaming customer experience in product construct, marketing communications, customer journey.
- University Degree with EE or Computer Sciences
- Preferably 10 years working experience in Telecommunications
- Experience in 1 at least following:
- Telecommunications network knowledge
- Telecommunications Billing knowledge
- Project management knowledge
- Engage internal and external stakeholders
