Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with a strong server hardware background to lead our global Edge Server product strategy (including AI and Machine Learning segments). We’re seeking someone market-facing that can be the voice of the customer as we design our next-generation solutions - and win in a highly competitive marketplace. Responsibilities

• Research the marketplace, analyse the competition and collaborate with Sales and Business Development to understand the needs of our customers in your product space.

• Create a winning product strategy and work closely with your Solution Architects and Engineering to design, develop and deploy state-of-the-art edge server product solutions.

• Team with Marketing to effectively communicate your product offering through our collateral, website, emails, blogs and best-in-class social media.

• Train and support Sales on your vision, your solutions and how to beat the competition as they work to provide cutting-edge customer solutions.

The team you will be joining: Our Product Management team works hard to make sure everyone has what they need when they need it. They work closely with the Engineering and Marketing teams to define our product roadmap and ensure our clients, and our organization, stay up to date on new products, changes to existing products and keep an eye toward the future of our industry.The Product Management team is made up of Technical Experts who understand the ins and outs of each one of our products, Product Specialists who ensure customers have the information they need to make an informed decision, and help us stay ahead of emerging trends and keep us on the cutting edge of technology. Requirements

• You have a strong technical knowledge of computing hardware - experience with servers is a strong plus.

• You have a passion for business processes, strategy and “big picture” thinking.

• You embrace an open, collaborative, fast-moving culture.

• You have a minimum of 8 years of relevant Product Management experience

• You will be responsible for supporting your assigned tasks which can include day to day site operations, reporting, resolving issues, setting priorities, providing leadership, interfacing with the wider sales & pre-sales team, managing inventory, purchasing new products, site facilities, training, managing the showcase environment and budgeting
