The Role
Directly reporting to the Senior Director OpenData APAC, we are looking for a Product Manager who will be in charge of implementing the APAC strategy for the data offering in The Philippines.

You will actively collaborate in the identification, analysis and selection of available data sources and implementation of the needed quality and monitoring procedures according to the company identified standards. The Product Manager will interact at various levels with marketing, data steward, implementation and sales teams in order to ensure that all processes reflect local market specificities. You shall engage with clients and/or specific events at local level if requested. You will be commercially astute and enjoy finding insights to enhance and deliver value to customers through data offerings.

What You’ll Do

  • To research and understand client and market requirements to develop short- and long-term product roadmaps and country strategy in conjunction with the Senior Director, OpenData, APAC
  • To stay aligned to local market evolution to identify new needs and transfer these to the product development team
  • Research the market and engage with key stakeholders to understand the customer and market needs; providing recommendations and feedback to business for future product enhancements.
  • To make sure the local database and processes reflect the standards of quality identified at corporate level
  • To work with data collection and data stewardship team to ensure data processing reaches the highest level of efficiency
  • To demonstrate product to internal and external clients
  • To provide support to other areas of the organization including Services, Sales, Strategy
  • Understand the MDM application and actively participate in the data management process definition and reviews
  • To actively contribute to the success of the commercial pipeline
  • To implement products strategy, collecting and synthesizing input from customers, partners, executives, sales, services, and engineering
  • To explore and manage data sourcing
Requirements
  • Commercially astute
  • Must have Local Health Care market understanding
  • The Filipino language is required for facilitating phone/web research validation to both build and maintain the product (The data sources need to be either phone or web validated with the respective hospitals, clinics or pharmacies to ensure the data is accurate.)

  • Working experience with databases/data product such as SQL, PostgreSQL
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Economics or equivalent highly desirable
  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM
