Job Description

Responsibilities:
Application of customer & market knowledge to propose actions such as new product development, country support plans, or creation of digital tools to boost the business
Responsible of transverse activities and a key actor in digital transformation
Understanding of the offer's environment
Obtain a clear & updated understanding of the offer's performances
Define & manage the marketing mix of the Offer
Define and release annually the Pricing guide, and optimize the pricing, keeping competitiveness and maximizing the profits
Co-work with all Channel Program Manager and Category Manager to maximize the Offer business
Have a special focus on Digital promotion: write blogs, request videos, social media or web forum promotion ideas
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
Minimum 5 years working experience in product management, channel marketing or pre-sales in B2B context
Experience in Industrial Automation field is preferred, familiarity with IIOT/Industry 4.0 is a plus
Good communications skills
Enthusiast to motivate the teammates (front office, R&D...) and elevate your business vision
Adaptable & imaginative to find solutions to daily challenges
Analytic mind enabling a good strategic vision
Open minded on Digital transformation of the marketing function. Knowledge of Digital marketing (social media, SEO...) is a strong plus
Willingness to embrace uncertainty, to learn, and to be flexible and resilient
Willing to travel internationally up to 15% of the time is a MUST
