Responsibilities

• Manage and review energy management and sustainability product/applications specifications, requirements, release plans & assign priority for development work to product development teams and industry partners.
• Set the vision and develop energy management products/applications strategy and roadmap, taking into account customer needs, schedule limitation, resource constraints, product scalability, reusability for multiple region/customers and market impact.
• Plan new product / service introduction with Product/System Deployment team, and redirect problems to appropriate R&D if needed.
• Identify and implement energy conservation measurements to achieve energy and cost savings.
• Prioritize features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives, with trade-off based on the value that new features will deliver to customers and to the business; also, define the requirements for each feature and the desired user experience.
• Perform customer training and offer consultation on energy system to ensure the effective use and maintenance of a customer’s power system applications.
• Perform competitors benchmarking and assist in pre-sales, technical proposal preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, energy systems, environmental studies, or sustainability relevant discipline.
• Min. 10+ years experience as Product Manager and min. 3 years experience in the Energy Management or IOT/Industry 4.0 area.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Preference for technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Direct Contract employment, convertible to Permanent subject to performance review
