Role Responsibilities
Business Achievement of economic profit, goals, business financial performance, monitoring and control for the credit card business in Singapore. Primary responsibility will be to manage the overall Rewards Programme for credit cards. Responsible for managing the cost and construct of the rewards programme to help drive credit cards spends and card retention.

  • Ensure the rewards offers remain competitive in the market through strategic partnerships and relevant offers.
  • Manage the cost per point and overall rewards costs and contra revenue provisioning in line with targets.
  • Cost optimisation initiatives to keep rewards costs manageable.
  • Manage and implement projects, relevant IT and enhancement projects.
  • Rewards reconciliation reports and work with finance to ensure internal rewards reports reconciles with finance earned and burned reports.
  • Provisioning of rewards accruals and payments.
  • Ensure fulfilment are completed and complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to the Minimum Control Standards (MCS) issued by Group Retail Products.
  • Management of Rewards Outsourced Vendor to ensure all activities are done within agreed SLA.
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
  • Work with L&C and risk teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

  • Degree holder preferred with 3 years work experience preferably in banking or cards and payments industry.
