Job Description

Defining the product (mostly digital solution) and & coordinate actions across the organisation to enable its success by managing priorities and execution of the roadmap with the engineering team.
Roles Responsibilities :
Lead the product vision on the long term and roadmap to support user and business needs

  • Insight - Understand your product, users, and domain through user research and analytics.
  • Define the vision, the promise of the product and share it to all (users, internal and external, and development team)
  • Co-write the product roadmap, share it, adapt it and animate its implementation/execution.
Animate, follow-up and communicate the product roadmap to other stakeholders
  • Debrief the impact of product developments on the behaviour of its users and / or on their satisfaction
  • Identify and prioritise actions that are Priority 0 / Big Stones on the roadmap.
  • Work hand in hand with other stakeholders to define the business requirement and impact.
  • Ensure the quality of the product features shipped by you and the team.
  • Ensure with each feature the maintainability, scalability and reliability of the product
Co-build the product with the agile culture
  • Express the needs of the product clearly in the form of a Business Requirement Document (BRD)
  • Sequencing and prioritising user stories, evolutions, bug fixes and taking technical debt into account
  • Communicate and collaborate with your teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Deliver the user' needs by ensuring that the product team understands them and initiate exchanges within the Scrum team in order to answer them
Be an Actor of the Product ecosystem
  • Being present in the engineering team and available for them.
  • Be the preferred interface between the user (s) and the engineering team.
  • Know how to challenge needs and know how to decide in the service of the user.
  • Contribute, by its posture, to establish a functioning in collaborative mode, an environment of trust and responsibility within the product team and other POs
Requirements:
Required skills :
  • Passionate and committed to users - Empathy, continuous self questioning, ability to learn
  • Ability of projection and think beyond next quarter.
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Leadership: able to drive the team in passing the sense, federating the team in a network mode.
  • Flexible and Adaptable
  • Influential Communication Skills and Presentation Skills
  • Listen to and give feedback, take a step back - Keep a good knowledge of the domain (competitive environment), of the users (and its needs), in strategic marketing
  • Negotiate, compromise and faciliate the interactions between engineering teams and other stakeholders.
  • Know and animate the agile philosophy - Defining a strategy, a vision
  • Formalizing the users needs based on analytic tools (Google Analytics) and user feedback tools
  • Able to read and understand API documentation (swagger, Postman ...)
  • Comfortable with Data analytics tools and language such as SQL
  • Basic understanding of UX Research and wireframing tools
  • Good level of knowledge in API technologies, micro-services architecture, SaaS tools
