Maximizes the Repatha/Cardiovascular products potential at national level
Leads the sales team and country cross-functional brand team (CBT)
Develops the Country Brand Plan and ensures execution of the corresponding Tactical Plan
Delivers multi-channel branding campaign
Working cross-functionally to ensure the benefits to patients offered by Amgen products can be optimized
Ensuring all plans and initiatives adhere to highest level of integrity and Amgen Values
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales force towards brand aspiration
Leads the country cross functional brand team (CBT) in defining overall brand strategy, direction and tactics, to achieve the brand ambition
Develops and implements the Country Brand Plan based, utilizing global brand plans and customizing based on local insights and market dynamics
Drives and encourages the team to find innovative solutions
Design, localize, and executes multi-channel promotional activities (e.g., detail aids, message scripts, RTEs, webinars, congresses, etc.) utilizing global and other country assets
Leads the development and execution of the brand’s omni-channel engagement strategy and plan
Develops long range forecasts, budget and latest forecast estimates with key assumptions and drivers
Identifies business opportunities, develops business cases to maximize penetration into cardiovascular market
Develops national sales target
Collects and analyses market research and field insights and refine plans and takes mitigation actions as required
Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans
Partners and collaborates with marketeers and brand leads in other countries
Recruits and manages external vendors
Plans and manages marketing and sales expenditure budget
Member of the Amgen Singapore Leadership team and reporting to the country General Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science-related degree or a related field
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in industry
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership position
Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
Financial, forecasting and budgeting skills and experience
Computer skills (MS Office programs)
Eligible to work in Singapore
Preferred Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in a big pharmaceutical company
Documented experience in Cardiovascular Franchise area
Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position
